Celeste Jones founded the Elementary Etiquette Society (EES) in 1993. The institution is currently based in Palm Beach, Florida, and offers high impact speeches, seminars, and workshops on powerful presentation skills and enhanced business protocol awareness. Additionally, EES instills customer service standardization, improved communication techniques, service excellence, and motivational topics, thereby promoting corporations and their financial fortitude nationwide.

Jones brings a unique perspective to this changing and growing new millennium era that is consumed by technological advances and the increased relaxed mentality toward service and the attention to detail, consistency, accountability, reliability, and formality that is so highly pursued from the discerning cliental. Jones background as a writer for manner columns and as a published author of children's manner books, and as the former executive director of curriculum for the Etiquette School of Boca Raton has contributed to her expertise as well as her formal education. She holds a an M.S. in the Science of Organizational Management, Certification in Protocol, Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, and a Culinary Degree.

Jones continues to be instrumental in developing and administering programs that enhance the image and the success of universities such as Columbia, University of Chicago, Northwestern University, Yale, Colgate, and others.  Additionally for many corporations that have international recognition and continue to be endorsed by various media sources such as Robb Report, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street Journal, CNBC and others!
